Where are the 2me messages stored?
Messages can be stored on your mobile phone as text messages or as an email.
How many converted voice messages can I receive on my mobile phone?
The number of converted voice messages is determined by the amount of storage on your mobile phone or email provider.
Can I retrieve 2me messages that I deleted?
Text messages delivered to and deleted from your mobile phone cannot be retrieved.
With email delivery, deleted 2me Messages can be retrieved from your Deleted Messages folder.

Will I continue to be notified of new voice messages on my mobile phone?
Yes, you will be notified each time you receive a new voice message.
Will I receive converted voice messages when I am roaming or traveling internationally?
Yes, converted voice messages are received any place that you would normally receive mobile service. Also, new messages can be accessed using email.
How long does it take to receive text-converted voice messages?
Depending on the network traffic text messages normally arrive within a matter of seconds.
How long are my voice messages available to me?
Voice messages can be saved on your mobile phone or in the case of email, moved and saved indefinitely to the storage card on your phone or hard-drive on your PC.
Do I have to use a pass code or navigate a voice mail menu to manage my messages?
No.
Do I have to delete my voice messages in order to receive new ones?
No.
Will I be charged for the text messages that I receive?
This is determined by your Service Provider.
Is there a limit to the length of a message a caller can leave?
The length of the recording is determined by your Service Provider.
Can I turn the service OFF?
Yes, you can turn the service ON/OFF and self-manage all of your 2me
SM Messaging preferences online.
What happens when I reach my maximum number of converted messages?
Any limitations are set by your Service Provider.
Can I see who called?
Yes, the caller's phone number and the time they called is displayed with each message. The caller's name may appear when there is a matching entry in your mobile phone address book.
